2nd year, October 2025 - June 2026
Puja marma therapy is a bodywork method aimed at supporting the natural self-healing process in a person's body and mind.
PMT is a ritual form of bodywork developed by Andrea Fuego. It honors traditional approaches such as Ayurvedic massage, work with marma points, purification, and energy work according to indigenous American tribes. It also draws on modern approaches such as Chakra Yoga®, Aithein (working with emotions trapped in soft tissues), and somatic psychotherapy.
We cordially invite you to participate in the second edition of self-experience, self-healing, and collective practice of the Puja Marma therapy method (260 hours).
The annual training focuses on theoretical and practical knowledge of human anatomy, Indian massage techniques, the Ayurvedic system of tattvas and doshas, marma points, purification, somatics, and body psychology.
This training is intended for body therapists and masseurs, as well as those interested in self-discovery and self-care. Previous experience and knowledge of the approaches we draw upon in PMT are an advantage.
Details regarding admission and certification requirements can be found in the application form and associated documents. Successful completion of the training requires 90% attendance at all units, a theoretical and practical examination, and submission of a written reflection.
The training consists of 8 three-day units, totaling 202 instructional hours (plus 58 hours of self-study), and a maximum of 12 students will be selected for it.
Before applying for the training, I recommend attending a Puja Marma therapy workshop, the date of which for this year will be announced soon.
The guarantor of PMT training is Andrea Fuego.
The guarantor of the Marma therapy method for this training is Gagori Mitra (India).
Josefína Merhoutová is the assistant for the 2nd year of training.
Andrea Fuego and Josefína Merhoutová will guide you through the training.
