Terra completed nearly the entire training program in 2025–26, but skipped the graduation unit. She is authorized to use the PMT method in the meantime. She will complete the graduation unit along with the practical exam and receive her certificate only when the next training session is scheduled.
In my practice, I work with clients who no longer want to just “get by,” but who want to truly feel, understand themselves, and live more in harmony with who they are. I often see people who appear fine on the outside but feel tension, pressure, or a loss of connection with themselves on the inside.
I integrate psychology with the body because I believe that the mind alone is not enough to bring about change. What we’ve experienced isn’t stored only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies—in tension, behavioral patterns, and the way we relate to ourselves and others.
In my work, I draw, among other things, on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, which helps develop mental flexibility, work through challenging thoughts and emotions, and rely more on one’s own values than on external pressure or internal criticism. At the same time, I have been studying Marma for many years, which enriches my work by fostering a more subtle awareness of the body, energy, and internal processes.
I work with emotions, inner conflicts, and unconscious patterns that no longer serve my clients. I help them gradually uncover, understand, and—most importantly—change these patterns—not by force, but through greater awareness, self-reflection, and new experiences.
In therapy, safety is key for me, but so is honesty. I don’t just skim the surface, but at the same time, I don’t cross boundaries that the client isn’t yet ready to face. I actively seek out the client’s authenticity and their own truth—who they truly are beneath the layers of expectations, roles, and learned strategies.
I believe that every person has within them the exact path they need to follow—sometimes they just need to hear it again.
I regularly have my work supervised and engage in ongoing professional development. I also offer consultations in English.
