My journey toward health, spanning more than twenty years, has taken me in various directions—from meeting a Siberian shaman, to practicing yoga and meditation, to studying Ayurveda and Chinese medicine (including acupuncture), to many years of experience with the medicine of North and South American indigenous traditions.
Gradually, I began to feel a calling to share these experiences and work with people. After fifteen years of designing and creating gardens, I decided to embark on a new career path and pursue further education. Thanks to Andrea Fuego, I had the opportunity to delve into the Vedic healing art of working with Marma.
I invite you on a journey that combines a nurturing touch with deep bodywork—on both the physical and energetic levels. Together, we can explore places you know well on your inner map, and perhaps even others you haven’t visited yet. I’ll listen to your story, and together we can find a path that will help you feel at home in your body.
In my therapeutic work, I consider it essential to create a safe and confidential space, as well as the willingness to enter into a shared space openly, yet with sensitivity and courage. I view every encounter with another person as a precious moment, which I approach with reverence, respect, and without judgment. The confidentiality of everything that takes place during our collaboration is a given for me.
My approach is also influenced by other techniques I have studied—such as Hawaiian and Ayurvedic massage, and working with plants and essences.
I am currently also undergoing training in process-oriented work (POP).
I am continuously furthering my education and working under supervision.
