My work with clients is centered on deeper self-embodiment—that is, developing sensitivity and awareness of the physical body, emotions, thoughts, and movements on an energetic level. This allows clients to reconnect with their inner healing powers and let them take effect. The inner child often emerges as a theme, where the client relearns to feel safe in their body and to trust in life, and then builds their adult life and relationships upon that foundation.
I help clients find their footing after major life changes and move forward.
I find inspiration in yoga, meditation, the wisdom of the Lakota people and their rituals, the work of my teachers, and especially in my own inner work and personal transformations.
