For me, Puja Marma is a way to support the self-healing abilities of the human body and spirit on multiple levels: the physical body, emotional experiences and imprints, psychosomatic patterns, and spiritual processes rooted in the body.
For me, the PMT training was part of a journey into my body and a connection to its own inner wisdom and life energy. I was driven by a need to understand more deeply how my physical and energetic systems work and what I can do to care for them well, keeping them clean, balanced, and in harmony. On this journey, movement, singing, and time spent in nature are great sources of inspiration for me.
In addition to bodywork in the form of Puja Marma , I am also active in the cultural field as a translator, author, editor, and curator. I like to balance my cognitive work with bodywork, practicing in quiet concentration and connection. For many years, an important part of my life’s journey has been the study of psychospiritual healing methods, indigenous traditions and rituals, and the exploration of expanded states of consciousness through breathwork and various types of meditation.
In my practice asMarma Puja Marma , I draw on my PMT training under the guidance of Andrea Fuego, but I also incorporate my own experience with yoga, tai chi, meditation, and Maitri breathing. What is important to me is a safe and confidential therapeutic relationship with the client and a clean environment—both external and internal.
It is my honor to guide others through their self-healing processes and to support their connection to the ancient wisdom of their bodies and to the vital energy that is inherent in all of us.
I work in Merano, South Tyrol, and occasionally in Slovakia or Prague. I can conduct Marma sessions in English, German, or French.
