I follow the path of a holistic therapist who helps clients find their own ways to heal their bodies.
I am the heart, soul, and energy behind a small studio that clients with physical pain visit. I help them individually find ways and paths to heal themselves with the help of nature, by becoming aware of the causes of their pain, changing their movement habits, and restoring their body awareness.
To achieve this, I use principles of soft tissue and fascia release, joint and body axis centering, and stretching and strength work on Pilates machines. I seek a solution for each individual, starting from accepting the client’s current state and gently guiding them toward change.
For me,Puja Marma is a holistic process that restores the body’s natural alignment. It releases blockages, washes away unnecessary emotions, stress, and somatic issues. It harmonizes, purifies, and restores energy.
When working with clients, a shared intention, mutual respect, and trust are important to me.
It comes naturally to me to constantly grow, evolve, and learn, and I believe that change is always possible.
I provide therapeutic services in Pilsen and Třemošná. I speak Czech, English, and Italian.
