I work as a holistic therapist, helping clients find their own paths to healing the body. I am the heart, soul, and energy behind a small practice that clients with physical pain come to. I help them individually find ways and paths to heal themselves with the help of nature, by becoming aware of the causes of their pain, changing their movement habits, and restoring their body awareness.
I use techniques that focus on releasing soft tissues and fascia, aligning joints and the body’s center of gravity, and incorporating stretching and strength training on Pilates machines. I tailor my approach to each individual, starting by fully understanding the client’s current condition and gently guiding them toward positive change.
For me, Puja Marma is a holistic process that restores the body’s natural balance. It releases blockages, washes away unnecessary emotions, stress, and physical ailments. It harmonizes, purifies, and restores energy.
When working with clients, I value a shared vision, mutual respect, and trust.
It comes naturally to me to keep growing, evolving, and learning, and I believe that change is always possible. I provide therapy services in Pilsen and Třemošná. I speak Czech, English, and Italian.
