For me, Puja Marma is a way to work with the many layers of human experience that are stored and processed in the tissues of our body, in our mind, and in our soul. In my experience, working with the body using the Puja Marma method supports the body’s self-healing tendencies. I primarily work with adult clients on issues they are ready to address or process. These include physical or mental discomfort, current or long-term physical, mental, or energetic burdens—such as stress-related pain in various parts of the body, stress and its consequences, processing difficult experiences, or changes that arise throughout life. I enjoy supporting people on their journey to unlocking their full potential and finding meaning in the life changes they encounter. In addition, in both my psychological and Puja Marma , I focus on supporting women through the transformative period of perimenopause.
In my work, I prioritize a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that respects boundaries, current limits, and the framework of therapeutic work as outlined in the contract with the client. I view the setting—where the client feels safe and accepted without judgment—as a vital part of the therapeutic process. I am also fully capable of conducting therapy in English.
