In my work, I focus on Puja Marma as a practice that allows one to be more in touch with the body and what is happening within it. For me, touch is not a technique, but a way of listening.
I perceive the body as a living space that remembers and speaks directly—just as things are. It is authentic. It carries within it experiences, emotions, and subtle tensions in which the natural flow can become lost. Through marma , we touch these areas sensitively and without pressure. Rather than changing anything, we seek to create space so that what is present can manifest and release, and find its place again.
My approach is rooted in craniosacral therapy—a touch that supports the body as it experiences what is coming and seeks its natural center. In this space, the body can find balance and renewal on its own.
I am drawn to a calm and sincere space where everything has its place. I make sure that what emerges from within can gradually find its place in everyday life as well.
My work is based on my experience with body therapy, yoga, and a long-standing personal meditation practice.
