The need to take care of myself led me to all this learning and bodywork. Every experience brought me back to where I needed to reconnect. To see and perceive what I once failed to see or perceive. And it’s wonderful that it’s possible :)
Marma on the body, on the body of Mother Earth. The training reminded me a lot of the teachings of the Kogi and Wiva indigenous peoples, just on a much smaller scale. Clearing pathways to places of extraordinary significance on our bodies. Aligning the self and remaining connected to the flow of life. And then everything can happen. Learning through our own instincts, inner voice, common sense, and the wisdom of our ancestors.
Another great teacher and healer for me are my regular stays in the dark—my own great self-organization.
For me, Puja Marma is a nurturing space where this is possible. Renewal through the body. Being in the body, sensing its wisdom, and living it.
