In my private practice of Puja Marma therapy, I primarily work with adult clients who need good contact with their bodies and are facing physical, emotional, somatic, or energetic challenges or burdens. I also work with emotional trauma stored in soft tissues, as well as bodily patterns and learned movements and postures that no longer serve the client. I enjoy accompanying clients on their journey of self-development, towards a deeper understanding of their life story and what their body communicates about it. I believe that even the most challenging obstacles in a person's life hold their own solutions and hidden wisdom, and that everything has an inner meaning, even if it doesn't always appear that way.
In my work, a confidential therapeutic relationship, safety, and a clear understanding of our shared direction with the client are fundamental. In my role as a therapist, I always remind myself of the position of a sacred witness, who does not judge and approaches everything with openness. In body therapy, I am also inspired by the biosynthetic approach and the connection of body, mind, and emotions, as well as Ayurveda and many years of yoga practice. I regularly receive supervision for my work and continuously pursue further education. I can also fully conduct therapy in English.
